We've got anti Ruston cabal, annexation council persons, lawsuits a plenty and now bible thumpers!
Has anyone thought about the Town's liability vs. the CASINO could top twenty million dollars. All because they disliked their sign.
$12 million dollars Point defiance Cafe and Casino $8 million dollars for the PDC&C employees class action lawsuit to follow.
Also this is inanity. The Town of Ruston has ZERO liability in regards to this LID. In pennies that is still ZERO SUM.
A lot of lawyers would love to be the Ruston Town Attorney!
